Most account recovery issues can be resolved through self-service tools, but our support team is always available to help with complex cases.

Recovering a Forgotten Password

Navigate to the Login Page

Go to the Glubler login page and click on "Forgot Password?" below the login form.

Enter Your Identifier

Enter the email address or phone number associated with your account.

Verify Your Identity

Choose a verification method (email or SMS) and follow the instructions sent to you.

Create a New Password

Once verified, you'll be prompted to create a new, secure password. Make sure it's unique and strong.

Recovering Lost Account Access

Recovering a Hacked Account

  5. Review app permissions and revoke access for any applications you don't recognize
