Glubler gives you extensive control over your privacy. Unlike many social platforms, we prioritize user control and transparency in how your information is used and who can see your content.
Your privacy settings can be adjusted at any time from the Privacy section in your account settings.
Control who can see your profile and personal information:
Choose whether your profile is visible to everyone, only Glubler users, only your followers, or a custom audience you define.
Manage visibility of specific profile elements like location, email, links, and activity status.
Control whether your profile appears in search results on Glubler and external search engines.
Set who can see the content you share:
You can set a default privacy level for all your content, as well as customize privacy for individual posts.
Control who can send you direct messages: everyone, people you follow, or no one.
Choose who can comment on your posts and manage comment approval settings.
Manage who can tag you in posts and whether you need to approve tags before they appear.
Block users from seeing your content or interacting with you, or mute users to hide their content from your view.
Control how your data is used:
Privacy Tip: Review your privacy settings every few months, especially after platform updates, to ensure they still match your preferences.
Here are some recommended privacy configurations based on your goals:
Set profile to "Followers Only", enable comment approval, limit messaging to followers, and disable search engine indexing.
Set profile to "Public", enable comment moderation, allow messaging from all users, and enable search engine indexing.
Set profile to "Custom" with limited audience, set all content to "Private" by default, disable messaging, and turn off all data sharing options.
