Settings is where you control your profile, your account, and how Glubler behaves for you.

What Is in Settings
Settings is split into sections. This article covers the ones to do with your account and profile; the rest have their own articles.

Edit Profile
This is the section to fill in when you first join, and the one to return to whenever you want to change how you appear.
Your photo
Click AVATAR to pick an image from your device. It is cropped to a square from the centre, so keep the important part in the middle. Click the × beside the preview to remove it.
Note: Your photo ends up 258 × 258 pixels. It can be up to 20 MB, as JPG, PNG, GIF, or WebP.
Your details
Everything else on your profile lives in one form:
- Display Name — how people will see and address you
- Title — a short line about what you do. Up to 50 characters
- Bio — a few sentences about you
- Country and City — where you are
- Website — your own site, portfolio, or blog
Click Save Changes when you are done. All of it is optional, and you can leave any field empty.
Nothing here is required
A photo and a display name are the two things that make the biggest difference to how people respond to you. Everything else is up to you, and Glubler works fully without it.
Account and Plan
The Account section handles the two things that identify you, plus your subscription.
Username
Up to 30 characters, and it has to be unique. You can change it whenever you like, with no waiting period. Be aware that it is also your profile address at glubler.com/yourusername, so the old link stops working when you change it.
Update the address you sign in with. Click Update Account to save it.
Plan
This shows whether you are on the free Standard plan or Pro, when Pro expires if you have it, and lets you update to Pro. Pro is $4.32 per month and the only thing it adds is Subglublers, the nested lists. Everything else, including unlimited top-level Glublers, is free.
Delete Account
At the bottom of the section, in the Danger Zone. This is permanent, so take a backup of your Glublers from Settings → Data → Export first if you want to keep your lists.
Password
You set your password when you sign up, and Glubler does not display it afterwards. To change it, use the Password section:
- Click Send Reset Link
- Open the email Glubler sends you and follow the link
- Enter a new password and confirm it
Reset links are valid for one hour, and the new password follows the same rules as at sign-up: at least 8 characters, with a lowercase letter, a capital letter, and a special character.
Login Activity
This section shows your recent sign-ins and your currently active sessions, so you can spot anything that does not look like you.
If something does not look right, Sign Out All Sessions ends every session at once. You will need to sign in again, which is a sensible thing to do if you think someone else has access.
Social Networks
Add links to your profiles on other platforms. Each supported network has an Add button where you type your username there, and Glubler builds the link.

Privacy and Data
This section groups your visibility and data choices, including whether your profile and your Glublers are visible to others, and whether usage data may be used for analytics and personalised advertising.
Note: These controls are still being finished. If a toggle does not appear to stick after you change it, that is being worked on — nothing on your account is at risk.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to change anything in Settings?
No. You can use Glubler without touching Settings at all. Filling in your profile is worth doing because it is how people recognise you, but nothing depends on it.
Can I change my username?
Yes, as often as you want, and there is no waiting period. Just remember it is your profile address, so your old link stops working when you change it.
Is there a limit on my bio or title?
The Title is limited to 50 characters. The Bio has no set limit, so keep it to a few genuine sentences rather than an essay.
Can I add a phone number or two-factor authentication?
Not at the moment. Glubler does not use phone numbers, and there is no two-factor option. Your email address is what secures the account, and Password plus Login Activity are the tools for keeping it safe.
Can I get a verified badge?
Verification is not currently offered. Nothing in Settings will give you a badge, so there is no need to look for it.
Can I hide my Glublers from other people?
Yes. The Privacy and Data section includes a control for whether your Glublers are shown to others. You can also leave any individual collection private.
How do I delete my account?
Use the Delete Account button at the bottom of the Account section. It is permanent, so export your Glublers first if you want a copy.
